Our History
MHS Heating and Air was created in early 2009 by Mike Stevenson, a well-respected veteran HVAC manager with over 20 years in the business. With the addition of some key personnel like General Manager Steve Waterman and Office Manager Shelly Carriker, Mr. Stevenson opened his doors in late 2009.
Mike took the best of what he knew about the industry, and paired it with a world-class commitment to customer service, and built MHS Heating and Air, Inc. to take care of the customers in the greater San Diego area. Based in San Marcos, CA, MHS Heating and Air, Inc. has a commitment to quality and customer service which is outlined in our company mission statement: “Our Specialty is Your Comfort.”
After a brave battle with cancer, Mike passed in 2014, leaving the company his beloved wife Jennifer. The MHS team has rallied in Mike’s absence and are as devoted as ever to continuing his vision of providing top quality customer service.
